Almond & Peanut Reduce Liver Cancer Risk

A study found that eating foods rich in vitamin E intake may reduce the risk of liver cancer . What foods ?
The researchers found vitamin E supplements or snack foods , such as almonds , peanuts , pine nuts , and dried apricots reduce the risk of liver cancer in middle-aged or older . These foods are also known to help protect yourself from heart disease and eye damage in old age .

Dr. Wei Zhang from Shanghai Cancer Institute analyzed data from 132 837 people , including 267 patients with liver cancer in China , where there are 54 percent of all liver cancer in the world happened . After collecting information about the eating habits of the participants , and then held a comparison between participants who had high intake of vitamin E is not .

" We found a clear relationship between dose of vitamin E intake and risk of liver cancer .
