In order to ascertain whether the lump is cancerous or not , must be undertaken tumor tissue and viewed under a microscope by a specialist pathologist . Unfortunately , not all types of childhood cancer have methods for early detection , in addition to the cancer in children also can not be prevented . Therefore, it is important for parents to know the signs and symptoms of childhood cancer .
