Advanced stage prostate cancer - your options

In the early stages, prostate cancer can often be treated very successfully. However, if it moves to expand the surrounding bone, and then a cure is no longer possible, and the treatment can only prolong and improve quality of life. There are still options though, even here, even if it is not a cure for prostate cancer possible.As progresses, symptoms such as painful urination, irregular flow of urine and even blood in the urine, in some rare cases start become apparent. These can be caused by many things, and does not mean someone has prostate cancer, but should still be checked by a doctor or GP.
