Exercise 38 minutes a day cuts the risk of uterine cancer
Actively conduct is not only good for fitness , but also can reduce the risk of uterine cancer in women . Recent studies show that women who exercise for 38 minutes a day had a risk of cervical cancer is lower.
Only by doing physical activity for 38 minutes every day , coupled with maintaining weight isa help women reduce the risk of cervical cancer by 44 percent . World Cancer Research Fund show evidence that this activity could prevent 3,700 cases of cervical cancer each year .

Researchers believe that there is a link between body fat and cancer , such as fat cells produce hormones that can trigger cancer . Physical activity and exercise are active may lower the hormone that boost the immune system and prevent cancer .
The study also showed evidence that drinking coffee may reduce the risk of uterine cancer . But there is not enough evidence to recommend coffee as a way to prevent cervical cancer .
