Walking, moderate exercise that lower cancer risk
A recent study from the American Cancer Society states that walking can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 14 percent in postmenopausal women .
"There is no proven link between physical activity with reduced risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women . Least women need to walk an hour every day to get the benefits . , But if done the longer , the more risk also decreased , " said researcher Dr. Alpa Patel .
As reported by the Huffington Post , the study involved 73 615 postmenopausal women . Researchers then observed the physical activity and the occurrence of breast cancer cases in the respondent for 17 years . During that time , a total of 4,760 women with breast cancer positive .
